easy install for anyone

This device was overkill for my particular application. I didn't realize that when I placed my order. It was extremely cost effective, and I really wanted it to work. It was just too heavy for my gate. I reluctantly had to return it. Cristine and especially Olive were very helpful in navigating that process. I love this company's customer service and will do business with them in the future.

it came with plenty of parts to assemble in most any scenario. and the help is good. the setup book is a bit hard to fully understand but the help got me thru it. one thing i did not know was the remotes do not auto close the gate you have to press the button again. and for using remote type buttons just to open the door by hand could have been a bit clearer.

I’ve had the Zumi W1 Pro up and running for about a week and so far it has been working very well. I was definitely impressed with the detail in the instruction manual. It made installation a breeze.

Good price and works very good ,but they selling some parts separately and not included, like door lock and sensor which is necessary, there should be a combo package for all parts to choose

Be nice if u guys had key chain openers other than that I’m happy with your products

This is a replacement for a broken actuator on one of my gates. Assemble was quick and simple. My old remote programmed right to it. Great customer service
