Regularly inspect the gate opener for wear and tear, especially on moving parts. Keep the area around the gate clean and free from debris. Solar models should have their panels cleaned periodically for optimal performance.
2. What should I do if my gate opener stops working?
If your gate opener isn't working, check the power source, ensure there are no obstructions, and verify that the remote or keypad is functioning. If the issue persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact our support team.

You can reset your gate opener by turning off the power, waiting for 10 seconds, and turning it back on. If the issue continues, please consult the user manual or contact our support team for assistance.
4. One side of my dual gate opener is not working. What should I do?
Try swapping the wiring between the two arms on the control board. If the faulty arm works and the good arm stops, the control board may be defective. If the faulty arm still has issues, it may be the motor or limit switch.
