Shipping Policy

ADDRESSES TO WHICH WE SHIP
Currently, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states in the US. At this time, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska. We also DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please note that if you purchase accessories separately, there will be a $10 shipping fee.

SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. In the rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support@zumiaccess.com.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

SHIPPING COST
All orders come with free shipping. (there is a $10 shipping charge for all accessories.)
RESTOCKING FEE

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the gate opener cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $50. Zumi will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

Approved returns of defective items within 30 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.

For more shipping information, send an email to support@zumiaccess.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days.
Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
